Scammed me and others on Ebay RIPOFF

This jerk has ripped off several people on e-bay including myself. He operated under mkm1500@aol.com and is a total scam. I am a pretty savvy computer user and have made some pretty good buys on e-bay over the years. This one, though, turned out to be a complete scam.

I was looking for "Ping" golf clubs and came across his ad. There was only a few minutes left on the auction so I did not do my due diligence and review his feedback rating until after I had placed my bid and won the auction. BIG MISTAKE!

Anyway, there were several issues with this weenie breath. His ad said "@PING GOLF CLUBS". I later found out that the @ sign was supposed to warn me that they were knock-off's. It didn't matter cause I never received the item.

Also, he does not use paypal for good reason I guess. He had me direct his payment to Bidpay so that he can get paid but not be responsible to anyone at e-bay. The E-bay buyer protection plan is also a joke. You have to show where your credit card co declined to waive the charges. They did not and I temporarily received the credit back on my Visa but I have found out lately that I still owe Bidpay the money even though I was scammed.

Bidpay is threatening collection proceedings if they don't get their $171. Of course I'll pay what I owe them because I am not like this stupid idiot who scammed me. Bidpay is NO FRIEND though and I would avoid them if possible as well. Bidpay states that I need to take it up with law enforcement. Yeah, that'll work. How bout I take a little flight up to Chicago and tear this jerk up? That's the plan anyway.
