On Bidz.com Took money and never sent product... Won't return calls or emails New York

Won auction on Bidz.com. Paid using BidPay and never received product. Called and no call back. Emailed with information and no email back. Tried contacting a number of times, ignored. Bidpay says check was cashed. Sent email to nyc closeouts to contact bidpay so they can research and no results, thats the only way they will help. What a scam. I figured I got a great deal and he won't send because of that. Be real careful with this auction scammer. Last time I use Bidpay, they are really no help.
