Fraudulent business Opportunity same as the Holiday Ink company

Investor's beware! Be advised that American Ink is a business opportunity started about March by a group of people who also started the Holiday Ink company. Look at the postings about Holiday Ink to get some idea of what kind of experience people have had in dealing with those people.

Nick Morrell (AKA Richard Morrell, AKA Nick Cascario or Cassario) is the president of Holiday Ink, and owns 51% share in American Ink.

The president of American Ink is Jerry Germano, a business associate of Nick Morrell, and is also allegedly a former distributor for Holiday Ink. John Robinette is the sales manager of American Ink, and is a former Holiday Ink employee. Ron Green is an agent who sells American Ink distributorships.

Before you invest in American Ink, PLEASE PLEASE contact the Federal Trade Commission, and request information about complaints AND investigations on file concerning the business and individuals listed above. You probably have figured out by now that your company will try hard to keep the names of other distributors from you.
