Ripoff, lies about return policy, does not let you return something you are unsatisfied with like promised, does not return emails, does not contact back accessoriesplus1.com

"Accessories plus 1" promises a money back guarantee in 15 days if your are not satisfied. It states on there site to contact them via email about your return and they will contact you back within 48 hours, but that is a LIE. I have sent 4 emails in this past two weeks and have not heard back from anyone. Needless to say, my 15 days for a refund is up, so I wouldn't be able to get my money back anyway, but it is not fair to promise a money back guarantee and then hide when someone really wants there money back. Now I'm stuck with a bag that didn't look like what they advertised and 80.00 down the drain. I feel that is a rip off on there part. If I would have known that they don't really have a money back guarantee, I would have thought twice about buying it.
