Advertised fraudulently, lied and have been plain out RUDE

I read a page on the internet, on BNScooters.com, and thought that the 4 speed automatic CVT transmission sounded good. I ordered one, by phone in blue or silver.

They never gave me a confirmation number for my credit card, nor a tracking number for my bike.
DHL shipped my bike, and it was broken, and not either color i requested.

Company doesn't seem to care, then 7 days after I have had my bike the transmission goes out. My mechanic looked at the transmission and stated to me it was only a 1 speed CVT transmission.

The only reason I purchased this bike was it was suppossed to have 4 speeds in the transmission. It was more expensive then the same bike on 10 other sites, also the only one that advertised 4 speeds.

Let me tell you the company is rude, and a bunch of liars. I have now had my UGLY red bike, thats been broken since I got it for 3 weeks and when I brought to the companys attention about falsely advertising, they changed their website. And told me they could say whatever they wanted. Then he proceeded to hang up on me. If you buy from them be prepared!
