Ripoff, dishonest, scam artist

I placed an order for fotball trading cards with this company on 05/13/05 and my items were never shipped.

I was told that the order was shipped when it wasnt, given a fake tracking number and was told that my items were on back order after i was told that my order was shipped.

I asked for a refund on 07/22/05 and was told that it takes 7 to 10 buisness days from that date. I waited my 7 to 10 buisness days and was told that it takes 72 hours to process a claim for a refund and the date it was porcessed was 07/27/05. I waited the 7 to 10 buisness days from that date and my money was not refuned to me. As of 08/18/05 my money was not refuned to me.

I was lied to several times by their customer service depeartment on several occassions and the two people i spoke with was Brook and Courtney.
