I-speed-internet ripoff, dishonest, very bad customer service, impossible to cancel service

4 months ago I was going to open my own online business, and since Ispeedway had a good offer regarting online store and would provide the merchendise for you, I have decided to sign-up well since i had problems getting the webside up after 4 months I wanted to cancel the package, and here became the nighmare, at first you can get the sales personel on the phone quick, but costumer service and billing or other departments with problems you may have-

JUST forget about it no one will pick the phone, after constantley calling every day and waiting for 20-40min someone has picked up the phone, than they told me I can't cancel service because I am passed due my 30 day money back. Well I said I don't care about the money just cancel the service period, they say I can't do that over the phone I have to do it over on line to cancel service I said fine I do that and it said they will contact me with in 3 days, no one had done that so I call again and again after 2 days I get through and same excuse - you need to do it on line, than I said I have done that already they say do it again and here I am again telling them,

Hey it says on line after cancelation contact costumer service so here I am and calling, they said they can't help me I got hanged up than finaly after two weeks I get some one that tells me what is going on and I been told that and I owe money for two more months and have to pay for it to cancel service I said fine I pay so send me a bill so I can have a record, they say we don't send bills, because we internet based company, than I got frustered, so my final words to them were I have canceled my credit card and if no bill there be no payment, all I can say this company is a rip-off they took my money they won't cancel service and play yu stupid DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT All Please listen to me otherwise you be sorry like me, it sounds good to open up your own business, they sound good on the phone I made one big mistake I haven't done any research about this company.
