Ripoff

I gave the owner my computer to see if he could repair it. I was told a few days later it was gone. I asked for my tower back, then a few days later he replied its working and it will be $250.00.

He never gave me an estimate and when I asked for my old hard drive he gave it to me with many parts missing. I am wondering if he is in the habit of taking hard dives and getting peoples personal information. I am hoping he didnt get mine and in the process of taking my idenity.
