AOL keeps on double billing me every month ripoff

Not only AOL has the worst trained tech support on the world but they also have the worst billing dept. They keep on billing me twice every month for only one svc. I have called them several times already but they don't even know what happens finally as i purchased a new computer i had to cancell AOL because they couldn't even help me get on line i had to sign up with someone else so gess what no more AOL for me i have been persuing this double billing for months now i really hope the won't bill me again
