Insidecomputer high shipping costs Ripoff

Insidecomputer charges high shipping charges and forced to pay "required" insurance, and didn't even insure my package. Reported to Ebay, but they didn't seem to care. I'm not the only one, check out his feedback. For example; my package was $9 "required" insurance. I received the package in a free priority mail envelope, without any sort of padding that would have cost him something. Of course, the package was not even insured. So this should not have cost him more than $4.
