Ripoff Total inability to provide advertised services, don't think they fully tested new technology prior to release

A very frustrating experience to say the least. Have spent more time dealing with problems than actually surfing the net.

While they have been responsive to my concerns ie: sending new disk, providing multiple pages of ways to check for error codes, computer generated phone calls for follow up, etc; they have failed to provide the service they promised and that I'm paying for.

The most frustrating aspects have been being disconnected on numerous occasions, shutting down due to error codes right after I've spent considerable time composing an email, being slower to load than any other service I've ever used, just to name a few.

It's hard not to get angry when you see the new ad campaign for their newest and supposedly faster service, 3G, when it's done nothing but cause me more problems that I care to admit.

I hope this will help others when choosing which ISP to do business with.
