I signed a contract with Norvergence back in November. Today is June 17 and we are still not hooked up with cellular OR long distance service. The past 7 months experience with Norvergence has been the most unprofessional, frustrating business dealings that I as a business owner have ever dealt with in my professional career.
Just like everyone else on this website, I spent months dealing with customer service representatives that would continuosly blame the problems on other departments to then have that department blame the problems on the other department. I could go on and on about this company. The savings will look substantial and tempting, but do yourself the greatest favor in your lifetime and STAY AWAY!!
