Ripoff, BEWARE! Billed me for service but received NOTHING, no response to emails

I gave a credit card number to zabasearch in payment for a backgroung check that I was told I would receive in 24 hours. After 2 days I emailed the company but received no response. I sent numerous email but still received no response. When my credit card bill arrived I had been charged $20 for goods I still have not received.

I have contacted my credit card company and I am disputing the bill. I would like a refund but it is unknown at this time what if anything I will receive. I don't plan to drop this dispute.

Use caution, this place is dishonest. According to Missouri State Satutes, they have committed the crime of stealing. If a refund is not made I will contact the Missouri Attorney General and demand something be done.
