Ripoff fraudulent billing after cancellation

Netzero made an un-autorized transaction on my account to renew service in November of 04. After I switched to another ISP. They said that they would refund my account in 60 days. Wich I never received. Then, the company sent me a bill for services I did not use. Six months later! Not only that, they sent it to collections, and said I continued my service.
