Charged me AFTER cancellation of free trial Online

I tried the thirty day free trial and was sure to cancel my membership via e-mail. On my next credit card bill, there was a charge. When I called them to complain and cancel, their computers were "down" so I was unable. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!
