Ripoff non-cancellation fradulent billing

I was referred to this company a Yahoo ad... This is a scam, the free trial service does not work! When I called up to cancel my trial membership, the recorded message said that the phone service was overloaded, and that If I wanted to cancel, I could email to cancel@consumerinfo.com. I sent the email and then forgot about it until they billed my credit card at the end of the month.
