Ripoff! This company accepted payment in full from me for software/refund, it has not delivered

On 4/7/05 I sent payment in full ($106.71 check#1012) to this company for a new Windows XP Pro program.
On 4/13/05 I recieved an e-mail from them informing me of a"status change to order#101014."
On 4/22/05 I recieved an e-mail from this company informing me that they do not ship to PO boxes, and they needed a physical address. I responded by explaining that I have had mail theft, and ID fraud, and my PO box was my preference, but gave thema physical address for UPS, & FED EX.
On 5/2/05 I get an email informing me there has been an error during my order's processing, and that unfortunately they do not ship to P.O. Boxes, please provide them with a shipping address
or have them cancel my order. I asked them how long would a refund take, and informed them that I had a PayPal account they could deposit my refund into.
They responded on 5/8/05 with an email stateing that if I was displeased with their service to request a refund, that they did not mail to PO boxes. That if I wanted my order please supply customer with a physical address.
Then comes another email 2 minutes later saying they would refund my money to the same CC# I used.
