Themodchip charged me for a a 250 GB HD, installation, x3 and a skin. I sent in my xbox. Took about a month to get it back. I didn't recieve my skin for the xbox. Last time i spoke with Joshua, he promised it would be mailed as soon as they received it. Well, it has been about six months and I have not recieved.

Since my order i also found out that www.themodchip.com never installed my new 250 GB HD, that they charged me for. I found this out because I opened up my XBOX.

I tried calling them and emailing them. No response. HOwever, I did find ou that They both like to rip off there customers.

I also found out that they both have locations in San Marcos, CA. I did a BBB refrence check with the following number 1800.738.8018. This number is the number to themodchip. The report came back as chipdealer. This website has had many compliants filed against them.
