Rip Off STOLE my ps2 and $90! Stay Away!

I sent my ps2 to this company to have a modchip installed. The person was really friendly that I talked to on the phone and assured me of a quick turnaround. When they got my ps2, their site went down and didn't come back up for two weeks. The site said people were still there to answer questions and I could call if I want. Well, I couldn't call... Their phone number has been conveniently disconnected and never reconnected (even though its still on their website).
Associated persons/websites: EvolutionAuction@aol.com, shawnspaypal@aol.com. Company is also known as "IECINTL". That's where I was told to send my ps2. I have not received any responses to my emails since they rec'd my ps2. I have filed a fraud report w / paypal and will go to BBB next.
