I signed up to use the services of http://www.surveycity.net / and I was unsatisfied and their site claims a 60 day money back guarantee. I have sent 5 e-mails trying to get my money back and there has been no reply. No phone number is posted or address.

I didn't think to check the contact information before I purchased, but all they have is an email address and that says to me that they don't really want to deal with problems that may arrise. I want to warn anyone interested in this site to reconsider.
