A year ago they were the only high speed connection available in this area.

After surveying my location they said the signal would be ok.

It took several weeks to get them to install my antenna, damaged my house siding in the process.

They insisted on deducting their fee from my checking account every month. That should have been my warning.

They had to upgrade my antenna twice to get an adequate signal, charging an upgrade fee each time.

The service was intermittent sometimes out for days, but it was "never their fault' usually a "backbone" problem.

The sales pitch said it was a 1 year contract but after the installation they gave me a contract to sign. I didn't read the extra small print on the back; big mistake. It was listed as a 3 year contract with an $806 dollar fee if I cancelled after 1 year.

I cancelled after 1 year of bad service. They then took $806 out of my checking account. I could not stop that from happening. They had access! They don't accept certified mail and their billing address is a PO box in PA.

These are the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life.
