Advertised Notebook Price Not Honored and Calls Disconnected

At apx 10:09 on local San Antonio tv station CBS ch 5 a Dell computer ad was run showing a dell 1200 notebook with free printer reg $749.00 20% off at $ 599.00. I called Dell to buy this notebook but was told by one person it was an old add even though it stated good until 6th of April, I asked for a supervisor but got disconnected.

Tried again this time told it was for small business only (ad did not state this). Asked for supervisor and again got disconnected. Called again and finally got a supervisor told it was only for small business again. I asked for the small business section and again got disconnected.

It seems Dell has several different prices but will only honor the higher one.
