Ripoff It seems Dell has several different prices but will only honor the higher one

At apx 10:09 on local San Antonio tv station CBS ch 5 a Dell computer add was run showing a dell 1200 notebook with free printer reg $749.00 20% off at $ 599.00. I called Dell to buy this notebook but was told by one person it was an old add even though it stated good untill 6th of April, I asked for a supervisor but got disconnected.

Tryed again this time told it was for small business only (add did not state this). Asked for suppervisor and again got disconnected. Called again and finally got a supervisior told it was only for small business again. I asked for the small business section and again got disconneted.

It seems Dell has several different prices but will only honor the higher one.
