I bought a jvc digital camcorder model gr-d72u. It doesnt work because the software is garbage that came with it! The software was made by pixela. (imagemixer) what usless junk. Ppl leaving messages on their board said this exact software is hard if not impossible to use. I get it installed and tried to use the camera and all i get is "camcorder not found" the software says new hardware found (camera) but i try to use it again and i get this stupid notice saying cant find pix-mcv driver then it says to search for it and my search comes up with no results. Then it says enter the filename. How the hell would i know that! I uninstalled and reinstalled 5 or six times and it still wouldnt work! Same stupid error. Tomorrow its going back to bjs wholesale where i got it and im going to tell them they should be ashamed of themselves for selling this crap! The support on the cd and online support were useless! From now on if i cant try a camera on a pc before i buy it, then i dont want it!
