Ripoff did not keep commitment for laptop compute

I fulfilled the 6 required commitments for the incentive of a Dell Laptop Computer in October (between Oct. 20 and Oct. 29). I completed all requirements and notified the company. They continued to state that they had not received notification from the companies involved. After REPEATED emails, they finally emailed me and requested proof of the completed requirements - which I mailed to them on December 10. I attached copies of receipts, emails and invoices for all of the companies I had tried. They only acknowledged two of the "steps" out of six - and never replied to my letter with the attachments. I have emailed them at least 6 times since then - to no avail. Not even the courtesy of a reply. As a last resort, I have written them once again, again with the copies of the proof of fulfilled commitments. This is six months later - and all the commitments were completed within one week back in October. It appears this company is a rip-off.
