Ripoff after I completed requirements they refused to answer my emails asking for updates

I was lured into a chance at a free gift (totally my fault), but I thought that if I did follow the requirements that they would honor it. I finalized all requirements and they gave me an account so I could check to see when they were all completed so I could fill out the form for my gift to be sent. I kept checking and checking and the offers were never fulfilled. I wrote their customer service and received no reply. I have written numerous times. Now when I attempt to check my account I can't even log in. They keep displaying a message about cookies needing to be turned on. Mine are on on numerous browsers and none of them work.
