Payment service not there to help you

Last November I was the successful bidder on E-Bay. When I went back to check the site for payment options, Billpoint was there, howver, it would not let me use my credit card. My only option was to have the money drafted from my checking account. Several weeks after I was notified that payment had been received, I contact E-Bay because I had my received the merc handise. They referred me to Billpoint. To make a long story short, I have no product, no refund and Billpoint just keeps referring me back to the seller. Billpoint is not there to help you should a problem arise. My only satifaction was in leaving a bad review of the seller.
