Host Internet service rip-off waste of time

Hostonce.com is a ripp off. Host service and control panel and nighmere.
They did refund a set up fee after 10 weeks of hassel, wasted time and money.
I made the mistake of trying them a second time... There service does not function properly and the best responce they give is to write to a support center which is not functioning or receiving mail.
