Not to be trusted

This company is not to be trusted at all.

First they charged us when they said that it was suppose to be a 90 day trial. We ended up paying for the first 90 days. When we asked to have it refunded back to us we were told "OOPS, sorry about that, well we'll give you another 90 days, but if you want to renew you will have to set it up in your account.

So the 180 days passed, and early in they did not do what we were told they would do. Everytime we had a question we got emails that just said the same thing that the web site said, if I had understood the web site in the first place I would not of asked for help.

So after about 30 days of fighting with their program I gave up and thought "Oh well, lesson learned and forgot about my $47.00.

Then to our suprize in January there in our email in box was a reciept for another $47.00 I imdeatly emailed them and told them what we were told and that we didn't want the service anymore.

Ken who ordered the service was gone, he is a OTR Driver, so I called him and in turn he called the company. Told them what I had said in the email. He in turn was told not very nicely that we were never told that we would have to actaivate the auto pay ourselves and when he said that he wanted the money refunded he was told that we were doing something illegal on our site. Which I don't fully understand to this day.

Their service was not what we were led to belive and it did nothing for us but kept telling me that my keywords were not right. Guess it should of threw a flag when they charged us and were not suppose to, but you live and learn.
