Askdrtech.com/askdrtech.com ripoff took my money and didn't answer my questions

I repuested computer help for a fee of $9.95.
It was deducted from my account on Feb 5.
It is now March 11, and I still have not recieved the help email.
I have tried emailing the company, and my emails are returned undeliverable.
I have telephoned the company several times during normal business hours, but I can't seem to get anyone to answer the telephone.
