I ordered an ink cartridge T032120 on March 1, from Inksexpress. They charged my account on March 2 and I waited for it to arrive. It never has, and all emails are not answered either by them nor an email address where they confirmed by order. A phone * appeared on my charge account, so I called it on April 13, and I woke someone up from their sleep. They would not answer by questions, so I hung up. I have ordered many products over the internet and this is the first ripoff I have encountered and I do not like it.
