Ripoff using fake LV to commit ebay fraud I know of others

I purchased an "authentic" LV speedy (with reciept!) on ebay from "bestpricedbags" on February 3. (item # 6740958713) When I recieved the bag it was on obvious fake, and the seller agreed to refund my money. I sent the bag back to her via expedited post USA with insurance and tracking (#cx 071 131 874 ca) on February 25.
While this bag was in transit, I discovered that her user account had become unregistered. I emailed her to ensure that we still had contact, and she emailed me back stating that she would refund my money as soon as she got the package.

She recieved the package on March 3, and since then have not been able to contact this woman.
In the meantime, another buyer contacted me inquiring if I had any problems with this seller. The buyer had purchased the same bag (item # 6740701513) and never received it at all.

This bag was also listed under item (6747511062) and has most recently been listed at # (6749965967)
This woman is using the same fake LV bag over and over to scam money. The buyer I am in contact with and myself have both filed numerous complaint to Paypal, Ebay, and even to her web browser in hopes that we can put a stop to this, and maybe avoid someone else getting ripped off.
