Ripoff, telemarketing scam

We have had a nightmare experience with this company.

Our secretary answered a call from them and was asked whether or not she was over 18 and authorized by our company, she answered no they then asked if she was authorized to take a message she said yes they imposed this answer into their recording of comfirming our company info and the first question.

They called back 4 times in one day to authorize information (in order to be able to bill us we believe) and she said she would give the message, she ended up hanging up several times. I telephoned the company and they proceeded to play their recording in which she answered yes, I told them she is our secretary and not authorized it has taken a week to get them to fax a cancellation which they finally have done although I don't feel we are finished yet, I will sue though if a charge shows up on our phone bill.

During the call to cancel with them even though nothing was ever authorized that I should have to cancel I received another phone call from their sales team trying to set up again this Free (yea right) web site.

If possible I would record all your conversations with the company check what your local law is in this regard though.in the state I live in Oregon you can record a call without their knowledge if you are part of the conversation. So every call has been recorded.

Don't mess with them HANG UP and don't answer yes to any questions. We told our secretary if any calls are like this if they ask if she is autorized to take a message just say the message will be given to the managment. Dont ever say yes
