Ebay - paypal ripoff, no product received, no answers to phone calls email

I made an on-line purchase of Dolcce & Gabbana Pour Homme men's cologne 12/9/04. I was advised the item would be delivered in time for Christmas. I paid via PayPal and have a receipt indicating the business received funds. As of this date I have never received the product.

The business will not answer any of my e-mails (about a dozen) and every single time I call, I get an answering machine. Not one of my calls has been returned.

I filed a complaint with PayPal and they advised the business does not have funds in his account to refund me and the business/owner has not responded to any of PayPal's inquiries.

The business also has several hundred e-bay auctions listed. There have been almost 200 complaints filed with e-bay since Christmas of the same complaint as mine. Suddenly the business is no longer registered with e-bay.
