Ripoff, they lie about being credit approved and payment options

I called Dell to purchase a home system and was told by the rep. PAULETTE ROCA that I was approved for Dell preferred account in the amt. Of 3000.00 no interest for one year and that I had 90 days before my 1st initial payment.

That was a big LIE!!! I was only approved for 1500. And it was not a preferred acct, it was a regular acct. You get your 1st bill 30 days after the purchase.

It's all a big scam, because when you call to query your purchase, every rep. Have a different story, you keep getting transfered about 20 times. They give you extension # that don't work and they don't respond to the e-mails you send them. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, the rep. Tells you point blank the supervisor is going to say the same thing they said. The supervisor says there is nothing they can do and when you ask to speak to the manager, NICK DEV, he tries to convince you that the rep. Who sold you the computer didn't lie, that you didn't understand the purchase.

Now, I'm in a battle with dell because my bill jumped from 1206.00 to 1351.32. I wouldn't recommend a DOG to purchase a computer from dell if they were trained how to use computers!!!
