Rip off, falsify an order, take money from my credit card, without my consent, an order never ordered! Internet california

This is what I received in my email - whereas I never ordered anything from these people, in fact I have never heard of them, and when trying to pull up that www.billmenow, you get nowhere, because there is no such thing, and when you press on credit card processing - it comes up with orders@2checkout.com, I am just irritated and pissed that, things like this can happen.
