Ripoff

I bought the software on my debit card for 27.81 plus 66p a month for two years for use of the service but I cannot get the software to download and install.

Iknow the money has been debited from my account and I am really angry.

I emailed their support team on 6/2/05 telling them of the problem and it states you will get a reply within two working days but I have had absolutely nothing, am not sure of their address, but the country of purchase from my bank account is Malta.

Please help me get my money back
