Tyler Texas ripoff They send a person to pick up computer then two days later another person comes to pick up same computer and said they never picked it up

Do to being ill I could no longer pay for computer two days after payment was late a man named Ricky showed up at my house to pick up computer. He had a paper with all relevent account information as well as name of computer complete with serial number as well as other information that only that store would know. I let him take it.in doing this he also took my dsl modem which was not a part of that computer. Two days later another employee of rentway shows up at my house stating that he was here to pick up computer. I told him that he was late that Ricky had picked up up two days earlier. I gave him the paper with all relevent information that Ricky had left me and he told me that he would give it to the manager. I got a call from the manager the next Monday and he told me that I was responsible for computer and that I would have to pay for it. I could not pay for it as I am ill and have not been working. They have called several times, one of these calls the person stated that they believed that it was their competetors that picked it up. After that when they called they would threaten with legal action so I got to where I would not answer the phone. I recieved a letter today stating that If I did not pay the late charges that they would file felony theft of service charges on me. As far as I am concerned they picked up the computer which did not work half of the time anyways. There have been others in the Tyler area that told me that they had heard of this company doing the same thing to others. If they want to press charges they can go ahead. I do not have their merchandise, The man that came to pick the computer up was well dressed in slacks and a tie and had a rentway name tag with Ticky on it. He was in a newer model van. He had other merchandise in the back as I helped him bring the computer out to the van as it was raining that day. When the other guy came I called the local police dept and was told by an officer that I needed to work it out with the store. They did not even send a unit out.
I do not where to go with this but I do believe that something needs to be done as other unsuspecting people may get caught up in this same type of mess. If it was not rentway that picked this up then it leaves a lot of questions on how they handle the confidentiality of their customers. There is no way that anyone outside of the store should have gotten the information that they had. The worse part is that I gave this individual directions from here to Ben Wheeler Texas as he said he had to pick up something there.
