About one month ago I received two vouchers from this company for $410 each. Thus far, no correspondence nor phone contact regarding order or its status

About one month ago I received two vouchers from this company in the amount of $410 each. I returned one of these with their Order Form ordering an IBM Computer System with Intel Pentium II Multimedia Processor (Item code JDE). I indicated on the order form that the remaining amount was to be charged to my credit card (Total of $389.95). This was mailed in their prepaid envelope prior to the deadline of January 19. Thus far, I have received no correspondence nor phone contact regarding this order or its status. Their literature states that "merchanaise claims are shipped promptly, and while some selections may occasionally be unavailable at the time of order, you will be notified immediately of any delay subject to your satisfaction guarantee."

I have thus far received no communication of any sort and the time period has been 4 weeks since mailing. As I have received nothing to this date, I am becoming skeptical about the legitimacy of their operation. If no action is immediately forthcoming on my order, I will be forced to bring this matter to the attention of the Attorney General and our legislators here in the state of Wyoming.
