Gatway computers scewed me TOO

I recieved my box from gateway Feb. 00. It has never worked right. I was blamed consistantly by the tec. S thaty it was something I did Well four hard drives later, one mother board and countless DAYS on the phone.

I've become good at fixing these piece of dung. Hey kids the only department i found that can do any thing is case management. Go to tec support and ask for them. They are the only ones authorised to do any thing. Back to my nightmare... Finnally they send me a new machine. Nice up grade. Few more bells, good. I plug it in and... NOTHING happens.

I call tec support the video card is bad. Wiel we are talking the thing begins to smoke!!! The tec tells me she is "overnighting " a new video card and power supply. O.K. I told her to send it tomy wifes work so someone can sign for it It doen't come. Called gapeway and they said we just sent it! (so much for the light / dark/light" aspect of over night) It arrived friday to the wrong bussiness because they didn't put a bussiness name on the package (this bussiness is not open on weekends and I' m screwwed! Two hours on the phone with their aleged " customer service"produced these answers:

1) we can send you a new video card and power unit but first you must send the other ones we send back (big help)

2) they could give me a 60$ in house credit (that would mean buying more of their crap).

3) suppervisors are unwilling to help actually solve your problem.

4) I aveage one and a half phone batteries per call to gateway.

5)"we're very sorry" doen't make my compter work.

6) incomptence runs rament.

7) never have your computer built the week 5,000 layoffs are announced because of a 50% loss in orders (my assembler must have been distacted).

8) they don't give a shit about our bussiness.

9) I still have a machine that doen't work.

10) I'm going to tell everone I know not to buy a gateway. 11) there's a dell in my future
