Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

We received a bill for $6.80 for a supposed 9-min. Collect phone call made from Flint, Michigan on December 31. First off, we are a local school district and all buildings were closed and no one (physically) even had access to the charged building's phone line. I called 1-800-736-7500 to dispute the charge.
They said it was from a Johnny's Market??? I said it was not possible that anyone would have accepted the phone call. They said they would issue a credit. When I did a search on Integretel, I found links to consumer complaintss - so I decided to also file one. I definitely think we've been scammed... Well, they tried anyway.
