Ripoff Fraudulent third party billing on Sprint Local Service phone bill

We have two charges on two of our local phone bills for operated-assisted calls made from pay phones to two of our buildings on Jan 5 and Jan 6. It is not possible that the calls could have been accepted. Our buildings were closed due to ice storm and power outages both days. This happened last month also. I filed reports. When I called 1-800-736-7500 they said they would issue credits. They also put blocks on those numbers so this wouldn't happen again. The only explanation they could give was that it must have been a billing error... Yeah right!
