Ipoff... I was offered a $25 gas card to check out some offers from advertisers, I opted to check out the Privacy Matters services & then found I was enrolled in Deal Pass. I called to check this out on Jan 3rd & Latasha told me I was enrolled by Privacy Matters & an offer of a $25 gas card & I still have untill Jan. 24th to look over my membership & get the gas card, so I agreed to this.

I called back on Jan. 21st to cancel my membership again I talked to Latasha & was assured I would not be billed, not being a trusting person I decided to check my bank account to make sure they did not charge me & I found the charge of $14.95 billed to my account, so I called to get this taken off & got Jennifer (06825) who by the way was very rude & told me I did not cancel & I could not get a refund of the $14.95 I was billed, I then ask to talk to her supervisor & was put on hold for over 20 minutes & then the line was disconnected, I called back & got Jennifer (06825) again & ask to talk to her supervisor again & she told me " NO " that I have been issued a credit & would not need to talk to her supervisor & then she hung up on me again.

By the way I have never got the gas card, although I have got several mailings to choose a gas station & return the flyer & I have returned two of the flyers but have never received a gas card.
