Ripoff I was defrauded and overcharged

I had recieved a phone call about purchasing a computer. I was told that all I had to do was make three payments and the computer would be shipped out. And if I paid it off before the 12month period I would save on the intrest. I gave her my info. Over the telephone and payments where taken out immediately.

When I didn't get the computer I called. I was told that I was lied to basically. I tried to cancell. I was told there was a fee. The company offered to give me a software upgrade and upgrade to 512ram Iam not happy with my purchase. I was charged over $1,400.00 dollars for a computer that is selling for $499.00 dollars.

Knowing that I am not alone. Is there something we could do?
Maybe a class action lawsuit against the company.
