Locked Out After Months of Paid Ads, 50 Emails Ignored

Hello, in the last few months I have spent a lot of money paying for adverts on Facebook. There seems to be an error on my account, and I cannot log in. I have emailed Facebook about 50 times to let them know so they can help me get back in, but no one responds or does anything.

I already have a company page that I have spent a few thousand US dollars on, and I am trying to create another one, but the system keeps telling me there is an error. I do not think it is fair that since I have spent so much money with FB, I have to battle to get in touch with someone when something has gone wrong with my account. FB is way too automated and does not take personalized service into account. You take money from people but do not help them when they need it!
