Two of three Lumia 520 phones failed within a month

I bought 3 lumia 520's, of which 2 failed within a month. I did not agree to a lease agreement, so I can't see why the repair centre should have the phone more than I do.

The phone itself is a total disappointment, as far as I know, 60% of phones fail within a month, that is a staggering statistic. I find it a waste of not only money, but also my time having to run to have it repaired. The point of buying a cell phone is to actually have a cell phone in your possession, not to have it in theory, and hardly ever actually see or use it.
