No refund

$99.00 was taken for initial cost then when I went to bid they would not take the same card that they took the $99.00 from. Contact them on live chat and now they want to give me $100.00 gas credit the trick is that you have to send in a gas receipt then they refund you only $10.00 at a time. Crazy. I am filing a complaint with BBB at this time.
