Difficulty in stopping a recurring payment

I have tried to cancel the automatic payment for a service I no longer use with no success although I have used the web site the company advises: ie www.safecart.com/new-login. I wish to cancel my membership/automatic renewal. My Order Reference Number is SPPC-G091112-94QPR. Please cancel my membership forthwith so that I receive no further billing from today.
