Skrill international thievery of my money!

Why was it so easy for skrill to take my money with some but now its virtually impossible to get it back.
They said 2 - 5 days for a bank transfer to go through It is now 10 days. I wouldnt go though all this fuss if I didnt need it but now im in arrears with my rent and now I must pay interest on that too!
This is the worst customer experience Iv ever gone through. Please dont make me have to call for help in terms of getting my money back I really need it!!!
