In good faith I stupidly decided to give accountgear a go. Bad mistake after paying for an account on there site through Skrill.com I did not get my account. After mailing them a few times they sent me an email back saying

Thank you for your order.

This is a confirmation email for your purchase of the following product '200 Soldier on RK1 - Atlantean (Anarchy Online)' account, for the price of $53.59.

Your Order Number Is: 143951.

VERIFICATION
If your order is above $75.00, and you are a first time customer, you are required to be verified. Please e-mail support and request for verification on your order.

If you would like an update on your order status, please register to our website.

Well I never got the account so I mailed www.moneybookers.com to get my money back and they said

Thank you for your contact regarding the payment made to [www.accountgear.com].

Further to your query, we would like to confirm that the transaction you are referring to has been successfully processed by Skrill (Moneybookers) in accordance with your instructions.

Note that we have contacted the recipient of the funds on your behalf requesting further assistance in reference to your refund request.

As soon as we receive the merchants response, we will get back to you and you will be duly informed about the outcome (no later than 5 business days).

In the meantime, we recommend you to contact once again their support team and by providing the following Skrill (Moneybookers) transaction ID number: 600040289, they should be able to locate your payment.

So I took there advice and mailed accountgear.com again asking about my account and posting the ticket number. After 1 whole week I have had nothing from them can anyone help me with this or should I just report them to the police?
