Just Cloud storage: Warning, Super Bad Experience!

Hi, I signed up for JustCloud and it has been a nightmare!

Billing is definitely a numbers game and theyve been trying to explain their 70% off discount for a 2 year unlimited plan ($166.85 [JC FAQ] base price = $50.05 total with discount) the price was clearly stated on their website FAQs (not up front though) and they said that those prices are already at a 20% discount (nowhere on their entire website is this stated) so only another 50% was applied, which is not a true 70%, but a 20%, then 50% (do the math).

Surely it is a bot or call center as their responses to my emails are not coherent they are not answering my questions, nor addressing the problem which was clearly stated.

They have now billed my son (who also has a JustCloud account) $202.00 which is supposedly a 50% off price! (their website capture I sent them clearly states 2 years is a total of $166.
